IRTC Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2021

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. ammoniatraining.org, also known as IRTC, (“IRTC”, “we”, or “us”) is a technical refrigeration college. It is made available through the website ammoniatraining.org. By opening an account with IRTC in any way, you accept these Terms and Conditions which forms a binding agreement between you and IRTC. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not log in to the IRTC website.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

To use the IRTC website you must provide a valid user name, password, and e-mail address. The information provided must be complete and accurate. If you are a business, government or non-profit, the account registrant must have the authority to bind the entity to this agreement. Your account may have the ability to create additional user logins that are tied to your account; usernames created in this way must not violate any third party right or be obscene or objectionable.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for all activity that occurs from your account. This includes any activity or action performed by an unauthorized user. Account access is granted specifically to the person bound to the e-mail address the account was registered under. You must safeguard your account access information. If you are using a computer that other persons have access to, you must log out of the IRTC website when you are finished using our service. If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, notify IRTC immediately by phone at (540) 246-0494.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy rights are written in our Privacy Policy which is a part of this Agreement. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to learn about what information we collect about you, what we use that information for, and who we share that information with.

LICENSING

As long as your account is enabled, IRTC authorizes you a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize the IRTC website application for your purposes. This license is applicable only to you and may not be given to anyone else.

Except as permitted by IRTC in writing, you will not reproduce, redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the IRTC website. You also agree to refrain from interfering with or damaging the IRTC website. All rights not specifically granted by IRTC are reserved.

TERMINATION

Your account can be removed from our service by calling (540) 246-0494. IRTC will not be held responsible for any data loss that occurs to your account for any reason.

CODE OF CONDUCT

By using the IRTC website, you agree to refrain from:

  • Harassing other users of the service
  • Distributing “spam”
  • Collecting information about other users of the service
  • Advertising or soliciting

IRTC has the right to monitor all conduct and content submitted to the IRTC website.

DISCLAIMER

IRTC reserves the right to modify and change the IRTC website. You will provide your own access to the website. IRTC will not screen the data submitted to it. IRTC offers itself “as is” and “as available.” You use the IRTC website at your own risk. IRTC disclaims any and all warranties express or implied. IRTC makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free; That any data submitted to IRTC will be stored or made available; That IRTC meets your business needs; That IRTC will continue to offer or support any feature of the website;

To the fullest extent permitted by law: IRTC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other tangible losses and that ePSM’s total liability to the account holder shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to IRTC over the twelve (12) months preceding your claim.

PROVISIONS

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of IRTC must be commenced in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. This agreement may not be modified except by a revised Terms and Conditions posted by IRTC on the IRTC website.
