The information was provided in an easy to interpret manner, and also how the RETA book is worded. The instructor was informative, friendly, and made sure all questions were addressed before moving on.

The information taught in class related to my day to day job. It helped me comprehend several aspects I struggled with prior. The instructor broke down the content into understandable language.

Learning the process to pump out various pieces of equipment and then completing the task was beneficial. The best part about the course was how the hands on labs didn't go exactly as planned, just like in real life service.

The energy from the instructors was great, and the material was presented and applied with a good balance of classroom and hands-on instruction that allowed us to see the principles we were learning in action. I came away with a much deeper understanding of the systems I work on and how to better maintain them.

Over the years I have attended numerous industrial ammonia refrigeration training classes at IRTC. The courses at IRTC are much more than a seminar put together by a salesman. The instructors do an excellent job of relating technical information with real world situations.

I attended the PSM training at IRTC. It was a very informational class that involved hands-on and classroom training. The teacher was very knowledgeable of PSM.
