    New RAI Instructor at IRTC!!

We are proud to announce Ken Johnson’s RETA Authorized Instructor (RAI) certification. As part of the process to earn this certification, Ken has passed an offsite RETA RAI course in Oregon, submitted lesson plans from his curriculum, received RETA Board of Director approval, and passed a comprehensive exam designed by RETA to cover all areas of refrigeration. With the difficult nature of this certification and the commitment to education required to achieved it, Ken joins the less than 20 RAI instructors in the nation. To maintain his RAI certification, Ken will need to continue to receive excellent evaluations from classroom students, continuously keep up with industry standards, submit materials to RETA annually, and uphold continuous improvement hours.  Ken instructs all Operator level courses (Ammonia Refrigeration, HAZWOPER, CARO, CIRO and a comprehensive electrical focused course) in addition to niche and upper level classes including: Standard Operating Procedure/RAGAEP Process Safety Management, CO2 Refrigeration, Incident Command and Industrial Refrigeration Energy Specialist (CRES Cert preparation course).

Congratulations to Ken on this great achievement!
