In last week's HAZWOPER class, the students became familiar with the techniques and procedures to contain an ammonia leak and participated in live emergency response drills.

In this week's Operator III class, Jay thoroughly covered and operated in the lab with the students on the following topics - two-stage, ammonia / CO2 cascade, economized, TXVs, hot gas heating, hot gas defrost, DX, recirculated, flooded, and secondary coolant systems.

The students prepared purging air from the condensers in last week's class.  Our Operator II course offers the most hands-on learning experience than any other course.
